ITIL Version 3 pricing structure
Hard copies - The owners of ITIL, the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) based in the UK, have announced that each of the five ITIL core publications as hard copies will be priced at 85 pounds sterling. If all five books are purchased together the cost is 299 pounds sterling, bringing the cost down to approximately 60 pounds sterling each.
 
ebooks - A single user non-networkable downloadable PDF referred to as ebooks. Again offered individually for each core publication at 85 pounds sterling, with value added tax (VAT) the price is 99:87 pounds sterling. For the complete set the cost is 299 pounds sterling with value added tax (VAT) the price is 351:32 pounds sterling.
 
Annual Online Subscription - Provides the latest updates and impressions throughout the year. Offered with individual or concurrent user access. Individual annual online subscription cost is 265 pounds sterling, with value added tax (VAT) the price is 311:37 pounds sterling.
