ITIL Company in possible Take-over

The ITIL Consultancy, Education and Services provider Getronics is in the throws of a potential takeover.
 
KPN ICT Services a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal KPN announces an offer for Getronics shares. The acceptance period runs from 12th September 2007 09:00 through to 12th October 2007 15:00.
