ISO/IEC 20000 Certification - Melco Crown Entertainment

ITIL General
Melco Crown Entertainment Limited, a developer and owner of casino gaming and entertainment resort facilities focused on the Macau market in China - often referred to as 'The Las Vegas of the East', has achieved ISO/IEC 20000 certification for IT Service Management System.
 
The ISO/IEC 20000 certification complements the ISO 27001 Certification for IT Security Management System the Company received in 2009.
