Fujitsu take over from Serco as the preferred Managed Service Provider (MSP) for 3663 First for Foodservice.

 

Fujitsu have signed a five year IT managed service deal with 3663.  The deal includes hosting all systems, desktop management, managing servers and helpdesk and process support.

 

3663, which is based across the UK, has approximately two million square feet of warehouses, and over 1,000 temperature-controlled delivery vehicles serving in the region of 60,000 customers. It relies heavily on IT systems and services to enable it to fulfil up to 23,000 orders a day for next day delivery.
