itSMF Professional Development Days Taking Care of Business
The itSMF Professional Development Days (Canada) will be going on the road again this year (2010) and we would like to invite you to join us at one of four venues across the country.

This year's theme is "Taking Care of Business". This series of one-day events will enable IT managers to participate in seminars and workshops to help them improve the Business Value of their Services. The topics covered will include all aspects of ITSM, with specific focus on the alignment and justification of IT Services to the needs of their Business Customers. The Service Catalogue, 'the Crown Prince' of ITIL these days, will be the pivot upon which the entire session will revolve. The Service Catalogue is the focal point of the five stages of ITIL V3, Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, Continual Service Improvement and Managing across the Lifecycle.

Renowned industry leaders will be presenting their views on these issues - speaker information and program details will be announced by the end of April.

It's time to leave that recession behind and get back to service excellence! Come along to one of our days or branch events and find out how others are doing it right.
