Summer 2007 expect to see a publication aimed at providing introductory guidance to senior executives with regards to ITIL. Primarily this volume is dependant upon the completion of the ‘core’ publications, as it summarizes the ITIL concepts and outlines the benefits of adopting it. The key feature will be the publications focus on the business case for ITIL including the return on investment (ROI), efficiencies and metrics that senior executives will need.
