ITIL - New Zealand and Japan
Following the recent disasters in New Zealand and Japan, the APM Group,The ITIL Accreditor, has announced the following extensions for candidates in each country:
 
Managers Bridge qualification- to remain publicly available until 31st December 2011
 
Service Manager re-sit period - is extended until 30th September 2011
